Daniel Wu's practice is devoted to the defense of physicians, hospitals, and other medical professionals in medical malpractice actions and professional liability matters. In addition, his practice also includes general civil litigation matters.
Daniel’s wife is a physician practicing in Boston as a radiologist.
Daniel began his legal career in Florida where he practiced in nursing home litigation defense and represented clients at mediations and arbitrations. He then moved to New York City where he devoted his practice to the defense of medical professionals and institutions in complex and high exposure cases. He gained significant litigation experience in representing clients at court conferences, depositions, and trial. He was also successful in arguing summary judgment motions and dismissing cases against his clients.
During law school, Daniel was a member of the Jessup Moot Court and the Florida Journal of International Law. He was also a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Research and Appellate Advocacy, and a research fellow for the Center of International Financial Crimes.
