Lindsey Campbell is a Partner in the Boston office. She specializes in medical malpractice defense litigation with significant experience defending physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals against claims of medical negligence. Utilizing her litigation experience, Lindsey serves as Underwriter's Representative for medical professional reinsurers. In this role, Lindsey monitors and manages high exposure medical malpractice claims faced by healthcare systems throughout the United States.
Lindsey is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Rhode Island, and the United States District Court of Massachusetts. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in 2009 and her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2012.

From the inception of her career, Lindsey has been defending medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, against claims of medical negligence. She began her career at a regional, Boston-based civil litigation firm where she established her practice in medical malpractice defense litigation. She also developed extensive experience representing medical providers in regulatory matters and investigations undertaken by licensing boards.
Lindsey joined Adler Cohen in May of 2026. In her current practice, Lindsey works with healthcare insurers and reinsurers as Underwriter’s Representative. She utilizes her litigation experience to analyze medical malpractice claims and litigation across the United States and advise her clients on risk management. As Underwriter’s Representative, Lindsey monitors and manages high exposure claims for some of the largest hospital systems, behavioral health organizations, and correctional medicine companies in the country.
