Overview
Kirby Viera’s practice is focused on medical malpractice, professional liability and general civil litigation matters. Kirby is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in both state and federal courts.
Experience
Prior to joining Adler Cohen, Kirby spent seven years working for a Boston defense firm, first as a paralegal and then as an associate, where she also specialized in medical malpractice defense. Kirby has also worked as Assistant General Counsel for a hospital system where she managed general liability and hospital professional liability claims through all stages of litigation.
