Devon Bodey practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense and general liability defense. Specifically, her practice focuses on the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other medical professionals in malpractice litigation. Devon is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Adler Cohen, Devon gained experience working on a wide range of civil litigation matters, primarily gaining experience in insurance defense. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Anthropology from the University of Connecticut and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. During law school, Devon served as a Note Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review. She further participated in Suffolk Law’s Accelerator-to-Practice Program where she spent time working in the Housing Clinic, serving low and average-income individuals and families through landlord tenant disputes in the Greater Boston area.
