Brianne Chevalier’s Rhode Island practice includes probate as well as general civil litigation defense, including the defense and representation of corporations, small businesses and contractors. In addition, Brianne’s practice is focused upon the defense of healthcare professionals and institutions in medical malpractice actions and before the administrative entities overseeing these professionals.

Prior to joining Adler Cohen, Bri served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gilbert V. Indeglia of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and to the Rhode Island Supreme Court Law Clerk Department.  During law school, Bri served as a judicial extern to Chief Justice Paul A. Suttell of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, interned in a variety of settings, and completed a 40-hour fundamental mediation course.  She was also a research assistant, a student ambassador with the Office of Admissions, and Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
