Daniel Larson's practice is primarily focused on the defense of physicians, nurses, and other medical providers, and institutions in complex medical malpractice and professional liability matters in both state and federal court. Daniel also has experience counseling and representing individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation matters including contract disputes, employment law, and real estate law.

Prior to joining Adler Cohen, Daniel worked at a boutique law firm in downtown Boston representing clients in corporate matters, real estate disputes, and civil litigation. While in law school, Mr. Larson was a board member and editor of the Journal of High Technology Law and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. In his final year, Mr. Larson was chosen to be a Rule 3:03 Student Attorney at the law schools nationally ranked Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic where he represented individuals, start-ups, and small business on intellectual property litigation and business formation matters.
