Mr. Wakeman is a highly regarded trial attorney concentrating in product liability, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and medical device liability, repetitive stress liability, and other general litigation areas. Mr. Wakeman's practice also includes representation of health care professionals before administrative boards. Additionally, he lectures before various groups on the subject of trial practice, and he has been an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since 1984, an instructor for the Harvard Law School Trial Advocacy Program since 1988, and an instructor for the MCLE/NITA Trial Advocacy Program since 1992.
Mr. Wakeman was selected, based on a vote of all licensed attorneys in our state and a review by an independent blue ribbon panel, as a "Super Lawyer", as published in Boston Magazine, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and was selected as a New England "Super Lawyer" in 2007. Mr. Wakeman has also been selected for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America", 2007 and 2008 and in the 2008 Boston's Best Lawyers.
