Real Estate Transaction Attorneys Facilitating a Complex Process
Attorney Michael F. Conway, a partner at Adler, Cohen, Harvey, Wakeman & Guekguezian, LLP brings experience in real estate transactions and litigation, representing banks and real estate buyers and sellers. He also advocates for developers involved with property acquisition and sales, zoning matters, condominium conversions, permitting and leasing. In addition to courtroom litigation, Mr. Conway has appeared before administrative agencies, planning boards, historic district commissions and zoning boards of appeal.
Mr. Conway was also selected as a "Rising Star" from 2005 to 2010, based on a vote of all licensed attorneys in our state and a review by an independent blue ribbon panel.
In addition to serving as real estate lawyers for banks and mortgage companies, we are also title insurance agents for First American Title Insurance Company. Conveyance and title matters are complicated and we bring skills as both attorneys and agents.
The decision to acquire or sell real estate is an important step in starting the transactional process. We represent owners and businesses with ongoing legal counsel throughout the entire process to closing. That includes all aspects of financing, title insurance, property inspections and leasing. We can also provide guidance on renting as an alternative to selling.
Property developers are looking to protect their investment when seeking an experienced attorney. We facilitate the entire transactional process that includes initial purchase, zoning, permitting, and even condominium conversion.
