Mr. Adler was a distinguished trial lawyer, concentrating in medical malpractice and personal injury defense, product liability and commercial litigation and lectured extensively on various legal topics. Having tried numerous cases to successful conclusion in jury trials in various trial courts, Mr. Adler had a wide breadth of experience in civil litigation. Mr. Adler was the Massachusetts counsel for a national professional liability insurer, and was counsel for the company’s Massachusetts Hotline, which provides advice on risk management and practice issues. Mr. Adler both lectured and moderated group discussions and participated in panel discussions on various litigation topics at several of these seminars.

Mr. Adler was selected, based on a vote of all licensed attorneys in our state and a review by an independent blue ribbon panel, as a "Super Lawyer," as published in Boston Magazine, 2004-2006. Mr. Adler was also selected for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America", 2006 and 2007.

Mr. Adler was an advisor to physicians and other health care providers on a variety of practice issues, including peer review, credentialing and managed care matters. Mr. Adler had extensive experience advising health care providers on licensure issues and representing them before licensing boards. Drawing on his breadth of experience in the representation of health care professionals, Mr. Adler also represented physicians and other health care providers and their professional corporations in contract and other corporate matters. His knowledge and appreciation of health care practice issues and concerns made Mr. Adler ideally suited to act as corporate counsel and in other advisory positions for health care providers.
