Michael F. Conway

Mr. Conway is an experienced trial lawyer concentrating in practice areas including real estate transactions and litigation, medical malpractice, reproductive law and premises liability cases.

Mr. Conway's experience with real estate matters includes representation of institutional banks and other lenders, representation of buyers and sellers, representation of real estate developers, lease drafting for commercial and residential real estate, conversions and representation of condominiums & cooperatives, land use & zoning, and municipal law. Mr. Conway represents real estate developers in all matters including acquisition and sale of properties, zoning, condominium conversions, permitting, and leasing. Mr. Conway also represents individuals, businesses and community organizations in matters before various Administrative Agencies, Planning Boards, Historic District Commissions and Zoning Boards of Appeal.

Mr. Conway defends clients in medical malpractice, personal injury, and product liability cases. He represents various types of healthcare providers in both state and federal court and before administrative boards. Mr. Conway represents both donors and recipients in the negotiation and drafting of Ovum Donation Contracts, working with clients to organize and coordinate the medical and legal aspects of the ovum retrieval and donation process. Mr. Conway has extensive background in litigation practice in all local, state and Federal courts.

Mr. Conway was selected, based on a vote of all licensed attorneys in our state and a review by an independent blue ribbon panel, as a 'Rising Star', 2005-2010.
